- Chocolate Cake Box Mix Any Brand and Chocolate Flavor Is Fine
- 3 Eggs
- 2/3 Cup of Milk
- 1/3 Cup of Oil
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- Cupcake or Muffin Baking Pan
- Cupcake Liners or Non Stick Spray
BAKE AT 375 For Approximately 20 Minutes
