We love Lo Mein but don’t always want to order take out food, plus who orders just Lo Mein you have to get quarts of way too much other stuff at the same time! Plus take out is often high in calories, salt and carbs so I whip up this super easy, 4 ingredient quick skillet style Lo Mein with a box of spaghetti as the base, a package of onion soup mix, water and a stick of butter and no additional pots or pans to clean, just my non stick skillet.
Complete List of Ingredients
- One Box of Uncooked Spaghetti (16 ounces)
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 Package of Onion Soup Mix Powder
- 2 Cups of Water
- Optional: You can add in cooked shrimp or chicken!
